A Starlinka satellite internet provider company in Elon Muskretreated the decision not to block access to X for its customers in Brazil.

After the public speech by the president of AnatelCarlos Baigorri, that the company could lose its license to operate in the country if it did not deny access to X in the country, Starlink issued a new statement this Tuesday (3) confirming that it will comply with the decision.

In a note published on its official X account, the company that has more than 200 thousand customers in Brazil declared that “regardless of the illegal treatment given to Starlink in the freezing of our assets, we are complying with the order to block access to X in Brazil.”

Starlink has also filed a new appeal with the STF (Supreme Federal Court) to try to reverse the decision of Minister Alexandre de Moraes who ordered the blocking of its bank accounts, due to non-compliance with some court orders. Among them, refusing to restrict profiles accused of attacking democratic institutions.
