Antec presents the CX600M Trio, cabinet with three glass panels

Antec this week revealed the CX600M Trio, its new mini tower case with an aquarium-style look. The Trio in the name comes from the three glass panels, which offer a wide view of the CX600M’s internal components. But with so much glass it won’t be possible to find the power supply and drives inside the case, because they are in a separate compartment.

Antec highlights that its new product line features a dual-chamber design. Thus, components such as the motherboard and processor, GPU and radiators are on the left side, where it is possible to see through the glass. On the right side, hidden by traditional metal panels, are the power supply and storage drives.

The CX600M Trio measures 436 x 290 x 370mm, supporting micro-ATX and ITX motherboards. Check out supported components below:

• Video card: up to 410mm
• CPU cooler height: up to 160mm
• Font length: up to 240mm
• Drives: one 3.5” or two 2.5”

The image below shows the support and positioning for fans and/or radiators in the new Antec case. As expected, the presence of three glass panels somewhat limits the number of fans that the case supports:

Antec CX600M Trio: price and availability

The new CX600M Trio case arrives in the coming weeks, according to Antec. It will be available in black, for a suggested price of €109, the equivalent of approximately R$674 at the current price.

The cabinet will also get a white version, but this is only expected to be launched in January 2025.

Panoramic viewing cabinets have become more popular, but models with three glass panels are still somewhat more uncommon. Despite the visual impact, the glass restricts the installation of fans and airflow. In any case, users who like the aquarium aesthetic have a new option with a very broad vision from Antec.
