AMD Announces Conference on Computex 2025 for May 21st

AMD finally revealed the official date of its conference for Computex 2025. The company promises to show its news at the Taiwan event on May 21, at 8 am (Brasília time). The announcement came from Jack Huynh, one of the company’s top executives today.

“I’m so excited to return to Computex and share the stage with some amazing industry leaders and partners as we have revealed advances to revolutionaries who are redefining gaming, PCs and professional workloads!” Says Huynh in his post.

As always, AMD does not reveal details of what we will see in its presentation, but in its press invitation the company directly mentions workstations. With the constant leaks for the new Zen 5-based Threadripper line (Shimada Peak), some kind of comment on the high performance CPUs is expected.

In addition, the focus on IA has become basically mandatory for technology companies. The company should then bring applications of its products in the area both in the domestic and professional segment.

AMD will show Radeon RX 9060 XT on Computex?

Computex 2025 starts on May 19 in Taipei. Many leaks point to an ad or even a Radeon RX 9060 XT release around that date, so the speculation is that we would see the GPUs at the event.
