Zephyr announced the smallest NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 GPU in the world, an ITX model from the “Sakura Blizzard” line and which has just one fan in its center.

With so many models of this video card, produced by the most diverse manufacturers, what draws the most attention about this one is certainly its small size. Zephyr revealed that its dimensions are 172 x 123 x 42 mm, with a dual-slot design.

In terms of performance, the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 ITX Sakura Blizzard GPU may have a reduced PCB, but it continues to work with the AD104-250 chip and 12GB of GDDR6X memory – model standards. The graphics card also works at reference clocks, without any mention of a future OC version or its overclocking.

Furthermore, according to the manufacturer, the hardware will have a single 8-pin power connector – inserted in the upper rear field.

According to information from Tom’s Hardware, Zephyr has already sold out the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 ITX Sakura Blizzard GPU in Chinese territory. A second production of the graphics card is estimated to arrive in mid-July, but no exact date or suggested price for this new batch has been announced.

Cooling the small NVIDIA RTX 4070

Obviously, seeing the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 ITX Sakura Blizzard GPU, considered the smallest in the world, raises concerns related to its cooling. However, this did not intimidate Zephyr, which demonstrated the hardware running FurMark and other 3DMark benchmarks.

The results presented by the manufacturer indicate that the Sakura Blizzard ITX fan keeps the GPU and memory 8 to 10 degrees Celsius cooler than some dual-fan RTX 4070 models. It is important to mention that they do not mention the models that were compared and under what circumstances these results were obtained.

The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 ITX Sakura Blizzard GPU fan reaches 2,400 TPM, with Zephyr pointing out that the graphics card remains at 73ºC (at a temperature of 25ºC). Regarding benchmarks, the manufacturer points out that the ITX format does not bring any disadvantage in performance compared to the others.
