Today we’re going to update our recommendation for a R$3,000 gaming PC, codenamed Cheap PC for gaming. The R$3,000 price tag already puts us in a much more comfortable situation than the R$2,000 we had to cut our budget for in the previous video. In this gameplay, we’ll show you the parts and the performance you can get from this machine.

$3,000 Gaming PC (Cheap PC)

  • Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 5500 (R$ 585)
  • Video card: AMD Radeon RX 6600 (R$ 1,279) / Nvidia GeForce 3060 (R$ 1,739)
  • Cooler: Cooler box – R$ 0
  • Motherboard: From B450 – (R$ 500)
  • Memória RAM: 2x 8GB DDR4 @3200MTs- (R$320)
  • Armazenamento: SSD NVMe 1TB Kingston NV2 – (R$ 380)
  • Fonte: 600W – (R$ 270)

Total price of R$ 3.334 a R$ 3.794

The R$3,000 gaming PC is where we recommend starting. This is the basic level for running any game with an acceptable level of quality. As for the processor, the chosen one is the Ryzen 5 5500, a very low-cost processor that has an excellent configuration of 6 cores and 12 threads.

As for video cards, our recommendation goes to the RX 6600, which delivers good Full HD performance with good quality in practically any game. The only drawback is that it will depend on some graphical adjustments, not “creating” ultra quality in more recent releases.

It made Nvidia’s rivals in this segment somewhat more expensive, with the RTX 2060 and RTX 3050 costing much more than we would have liked, to earn our recommendation. Better to spend more and go with the GeForce RTX 3060 instead.
