New app guarantees 3 months of PC Game Pass

The new application, which is still in beta, brings a significant leap towards a more cohesive and intuitive user experience. It unifies the aging and disjointed Nvidia Control Panel and GeForce Experience into a single interface, providing users with greater ease of use and functionality. One of the most welcome new features, for example, is the fact that you can use it without having to log in.

And to convince more people to test the new feature, Nvidia revealed that anyone who installs the application will be able to claim three months of free access to hundreds of games available on Game Pass for computers. Compatibility with GeForce Now allows more than 130 PC Game Pass titles to stream at speeds of up to 240 FPS, 4K resolution, real-time ray tracing, and DLSS 3.

The offer started today, on Tuesday (4), from 10 am, so anyone who installs the new application will be able to take advantage of this offer. However, it is important to highlight that the promotion is only valid for users who have an Nvidia account and who are not current PC Game Pass subscribers. The download can be done from the company’s website, clicking here.

It will also be available to GeForce Experience users, and can be found in the redemptions section of the Nvidia or GFE app.

Nvidia revealed new features of the application

The launch of the Nvidia App also marks the arrival of new features and improvements for existing GeForce Experience users. One of the most notable additions is the inclusion of a single-click performance tuning option, which joins the existing hardware monitoring options.

This functionality allows users to easily customize system settings for maximum performance, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free gaming experience. These adjustments include, for example, the voltage, power, temperature and speed of the fans, and more.

Additionally, owners of the latest RTX 40 series graphics cards can now enjoy the ability to capture videos using the AV1 encoding format. Thanks to Nvidia Eighth Generation Encoders (NVENC), AV1 offers 40% higher encoding efficiency, resulting in higher quality videos without taking up more disk space.
