Gigabyte added a new GPU to its catalog, the GeForce RTX 4070 Ti Super Windforce Max OC – which not only has a massive cooling system, but also stands out for its design with a “hidden” power connector.
The input for the 16-pin connector is hidden on its back, ensuring users will have safer and more reliable cable management in larger cases. Other manufacturers have already produced video cards with this format, but the more models that join, the more organized your system will be.
Gigabyte’s GPU is a variant of the RTX 4070 Ti Super Windforce OC, being sold with a new design and an even greater overclocking frequency range. It reaches 2.65 GHz – a slight increase from the previous model’s 2.62 GHz. However, with a larger cooler, there is more potential to work at improved frequencies.
As is customary with video cards, the manufacturer did not change the original specifications imposed by NVIDIA for the model. In other words, the GeForce RTX 4070 Ti Super Windforce Max OC continues to use the AD103 chip, with 8,448 CUDA cores and 16GB GDDR6X memory.

For Gigabyte to be able to increase the capabilities of its GeForce RTX 4070 Ti Super Windforce Max OC GPU, it obviously had to give up on size reduction and manufacture an even larger model than the previous one.
According to the corporation, the new graphics card measures 331 x 136 x 55.5 mm – a giant compared to the “non-Max” version, which has dimensions of 261 x 126 x 50 mm. It is recommended that you analyze the available space in your cabinet before purchasing a model like this, for obvious reasons.
Gigabyte’s GeForce RTX 4070 Ti Super Windforce Max OC does not yet have a suggested price or availability, but considering that it is properly catalogued, this information should be released soon.
