Game “A Quiet Place: The Road Ahead” arrives in 2024

A Saber Interactive it’s at Stormind Games revealed that they are producing a new game called A Quiet Place: The Road Ahead. This game will be an adaptation of the excellent film A Quiet Place.

I don’t know if you’ve seen this film, but if you haven’t, I recommend watching it. It is very good. “A Quiet Place” is a suspense film that tells the story of a family struggling to survive in a post-apocalyptic world. They live in constant silence to avoid terrible creatures that hunt by sound.

With signal communication and careful steps, they try to find a way to live without making noise. But when the family faces new challenges and dangers, keeping silent becomes even more difficult and essential to stay alive.

The game, however, will bring an original narrative, with new characters and new dramas. A Quiet Place: The Road Ahead will be released in 2024 for PS5, Xbox Series and PC.

The released trailer offers a glimpse of the concept. In first person, the game incorporates elements from other survival horrors, challenging the player to survive in a dangerous and deadly environment. Check out the trailer that was released below.

Similar to movies, the premise is to remain as silent as possible. In the franchise’s universe, Earth is taken over by blind aliens who hunt by sound, becoming ruthless predators and forcing humans to live in silence — not a simple mission.

A Quiet Place: The Road Ahead appears to capture this essence, with a trailer that suggests gameplay focused on stealth and silent movement, rather than gunfights and frantic action.

According to Saber’s synopsis, the game will emphasize the narrative, featuring a new protagonist facing family dilemmas amid the silent apocalypse — all without being able to express herself out loud.

The game’s announcement comes shortly before the debut of A Quiet Place: Day One, starring Lupita Nyong’o and Joseph Quinn, which explores the early days of the invasion. The film hits theaters on June 27. I don’t know about you, but I was really excited, both for the film and the game.
