GTA 6: Rockstar opens job vacancies in Brazil

A Rockstar opened job vacancies for the Brazilian market. To date, the studio, which is in the final stages of developing GTA 6, is looking for professionals who can perform the role of marketing and communications manager in Brazil.

As stated in the vacancy profile, “Rockstar Games’ LATAM marketing team is looking for talented and passionate individuals who have helped manage and launch our products in Brazil. The successful candidate will work closely with our Product Marketing team to help execute new releases for all Rockstar Games titles, as well as ensure smooth maintenance for existing titles on the market and support for our ongoing services ”.

Requirements to apply for the position

• Degree/Diploma in Marketing and/or Communication or related areas;
• Minimum experience of three years or more in Marketing, Media or Public Relations;
• Preferably living in São Paulo;
• Potentially necessary travel — including game demos, industry events, or office meetings;
• Passion for games (PC/Consoles) with basic knowledge of the games market in Brazil.

Among the necessary skills, Rockstar cites fluency in English, high knowledge of the Office suite, familiarity with data analysis and social media, being highly motivated and proactive, with the ability to work with less supervision.

Although not mandatory, experience in the entertainment industry and high knowledge in music, technology and cinema are important differentiators that Rockstar can take into account. The role is contractual and can be renewed every 12 months.
