Zotac has announced a new collaboration with the ZZJMOD group, to promote its RTX 4090D PGF in China. To promote its new partnership, the company revealed a version of the graphics card customized with Spider-Man’s look. And there are several aspects of this mod that draw attention for different reasons.
The design of the RTX 4090D PGF housing itself is already different. It is a smaller card than the traditional RTX 4090, with a well-rounded design. It’s worth remembering that the 4090D is a version that NVIDIA created to meet US restrictions and be able to sell the GPU in China. It has a slightly reduced performance compared to the original model.
The Spider-Man version of the RTX 4090D PGF, made by the ZZJMOD group, maintains the card’s traditional white on the front, but adds red and blue to the fans. On the backplate, the blue is more pronounced and the red is accompanied by the web pattern on the uniform of Marvel’s most famous arachnid.
What is really curious is that we have an image of Spider-Man in his version from the Sam Raimi films on the back of the RTX 4090D PGF. It comes with the eyes of the most recent version of the hero in cinemas, played by Tom Holland. Crowning this mix is written “Super Man”.

As the look of the plate already indicates, this is not a product officially licensed by Marvel. Therefore, the RTX 4090D PGF modified with Spider-Man’s look will not appear in stores, nor exclusively in China.
Apparently, the card was made just to help draw attention to this version of the Zotac GPU in the country. However, the people at VideoCardz point out that these modified cards are often used in sweepstakes and promotional actions of this type.
