The owner of Zotac is moving its headquarters from China to Singapore in order to avoid problems in distributing cards such as the RTX 50 due to US sanctions against its home country. The company, called PC Partner, is also the parent company of the Inno3D and Manli brands, being one of the largest distributors of GPUs in the world with its three franchises.
The information comes from a report on the Chinese website HKEPC. The transition was announced with a celebration of the owner of Zotac appearing listed on the Singapore SGX, the country’s stock exchange. Below is a capture of the document confirming the change of headquarters, effective November 15:
There are also rumors that the company intends to move its plate production from China to Indonesia. However, the HKEPC does not confirm these rumors, so only the change of headquarters seems more concrete at this point. In any case, if Zotac’s parent company is indeed trying to escape US sanctions against China, it would make sense to base less and less of its operations there.
We should have RTX 5090 and 5080 by Zotac, Manli and Inno3D
The timing of this change of headquarters by PC Partner draws attention. With just two months (or maybe a month) left until the announcement of the RTX 50 series, the owner of Zotac, Manli and Inno3D probably doesn’t want to miss out on the hype surrounding the launch of these new GPUs.
While US export restrictions to China mainly target professional hardware, the rules could affect domestic graphics cards depending on their performance. Thus, there are expectations and speculations that the RTX 5090 and RTX 5080 will be blocked by the current sanctions rules.

Singapore is considered an “ally” country for the United States, so PC Partner’s relocation could work. It remains to be seen what impact these changes will have on the final price of your products.
