Xiaomi has unveiled the 2021 Redmi Smart TV X series, which features four TV models equipped with 4K panels and a maximum refresh rate of 240 Hz. The smallest TV in the series is 55 inches, while the largest features an 85-inch panel.
All models in the series cover 94% of the DCI-P3 color space, resulting in accurate color output. Under the hood, there is a “flagship” MediaTek MT9655 processor with a quad-core configuration, combined with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage.
Xiaomi guarantees that the chip offers high responsiveness, essential for games.
Connectivity
Running HyperOS 2.0, the Redmi Smart TV X 2025 series models come with an NFC remote control, making controls easier. Other highlights include WiFi 6, high-resolution UI, eye protection features for visual comfort, and a smart control center.
Prices and global availability have not yet been confirmed, but it is likely that Xiaomi will launch the models outside of China, as it has done with previous series.
