A young woman had her cell phone stolen on Rua 12 Sul, in Águas Claras, in the Federal District, while she was taking a selfie. In the images, it is possible to see the woman with her cell phone at the ready to take a photo and a man appears on a bicycle and takes the iPhone of the victim. Watch below:
The case happened on Wednesday (22). Yesterday (23), the suspect was arrested by the Military Police. Referred to the 21st Police Station, in Taguatinga do Sul, the man stated that the device had already been sold, and he was released on the same day, as the crime was not classified as flagrant.
The man’s bicycle was seized and it will be requested that the property be converted into “loss and damages”, for the benefit of the victim.
