A supposed printable image of the Galax RTX 5080 box is circulating on the internet. We can see in the art what the unfolded box would look like for the new product, which has not yet been officially announced. Unfortunately, however, it is a very low resolution file, which prevents us from reading details of the box.

Despite the impossibility of reading what is written in the highlights on the box, it is possible to see that they are the same icons that already appear on the packaging of the RTX 4080 Super. If the RTX 5080 had any new or different features, it would probably be possible to see some unique highlight on the print.

Of course, like every leak, there is the possibility that the design is fake or an initial version, which may receive changes until the launch of the RTX 5080. However, an internal source at Galax unofficially confirmed to VideoCardz that this would, in fact, be the new box for your version of the RTX 5080

Galax box does not confirm RTX 5080 memory

Some AIBs print the memory capacity of their GPUs on the side or front of the boxes, which would make it possible to see this information for Galax’s RTX 5080 even with such a low resolution image. However, this information was left out in this company design.

Previous leaks have shown us that the RTX 5080 should come with 16GB, while the RTX 5090 reaches 32GB of GDDR7 memory. This difference in capacity has generated a lot of criticism from Adrenaline users since leaks for NVIDIA’s RTX 50 line intensified.
