Manufacturer Vecow has announced its new line of Mini PCs called “TGS”, aimed at industrial purposes, with an Intel Core Ultra CPU and a design that can allow the user to stack it with additional hardware for better performance.
There are two models announced by the Taiwanese company: the TGS-1000 and the TGS-1500, with the second variant having as its main difference the support for MXM GPUs. The proposal is to bring a material ready for the use of cutting-edge artificial intelligence, bringing new options to the market.
What really stands out about this Mini PC is the ability to add additional Vecow hardware to provide a variety of additional features. The TGS-1000 itself comes with a fanless design, allowing you to choose between the Intel Core Ultra 7 165H or Intel Core Ultra 5 135H CPUs.
The device also has a dual-channel memory slot, with support for DDR5-6400 and a capacity of up to 96GB. It also features two M.2 PCIe 4.0×4 slots – compatible with 2280 and 2242 form factors. In addition, there are 2x USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type A, 1x USB 3.2 Gen 2×2 Type C and 2x USB 2 Type-A ports; plus two HDMI 2.1 ports and one DisplayPort 1.4.

The Vecow TGS-1500 Mini PC’s main difference is an extra “stack” with an NVIDIA RTX “Ada” GPU or an Intel Arc card in MXM format. Users can also purchase it separately, expanding the options available with the device.

For use with artificial intelligence, Vecow also reveals that its CPUs bring a performance of 11 TOPS – which is not the most powerful NPU on the market, as recent versions bring 40 TOPS, but it can help if you don’t want to spend additional money on current-generation processors.
