Thermaltake prepares a curious new AIO cooler for liquid CPU cooling. While the design of the block is an aspect that draws attention to the new product, what really stands out is the description of its compatibility: this is one of the first components with confirmed compatibility for the LGA-1954 socket on Intel Nova Lake CPUs.
The information is especially important because it is yet another indication of the new socket’s backwards compatibility with LGA-1851, at least for coolers. While users will need to update their motherboards to move to the new generation of Intel processors, at least the coolers can be maintained, it seems.
We had this information leaked previously when it was found that the new LGA-1954 socket for Nova Lake will maintain the size and shape of the current one. But now we have effective confirmation of a cooler that maintains compatibility between the two, without any changes to its installation or the need for adapters in the bracket.
What is curious, as VideoCardz notes, is that the LGA-1851 socket already has cooler compatibility with the LGA-1150, so there is the possibility that coolers from that time can be used with Nova Lake CPUs.

While compatibility with the LGA-1954 socket for Nova Lake “steals the show” in the description of Thermaltake’s new Minecube 360 Ultra cooler, we cannot ignore its design, which also tries to be somewhat different.
The so-called CPU “block” finally lives up to its name by actually bringing a block shape: a cube with LCD screens covering four of its six sides. Each display can show different images, allowing you to track different computer information or create videos with an interesting 3D effect.

The radiator comes with three fans with ARGB LEDs and Thermaltake promises to dissipate TDPs of up to 360W. Unfortunately, the brand does not provide a suggested price on its official website.
