Thermaltake has announced its new CTE E550 TG cases, its Mid Tower solution with three tempered glass panels – allowing you to have a panoramic view of the internal components and be able to show off your setup with more precision.

It’s a dual-chamber model, with tempered glass panels covering the front, back and left side of the case – ensuring you get a wider view than would typically be possible with open-top models.

In addition, Thermaltake also stated that the CTE E550 TG will be compatible with common motherboard standards and hardware with hidden connectors – such as the ASUS BTF line, MSI Project Zero and Gigabyte Project Stealth. The goal is to allow for better cable organization, ensuring a less cluttered look.

The manufacturer also points out that it allows for a greater range of customization, allowing you to have three ways to install your GPU in the case:

  • 1. Floating GPU: Position the GPU in the middle of the chassis using a GPU bracket and the 400mm PCIe 4.0 cable riser sold separately;
  • 2. Standing: Allows vertical positioning of your GPU;
  • 3. Sideways: Placing it vertically, with the graphics card facing the side panel in the rotating PCIe slots
