Samsung has partnered with Nexon Korea and Neople to optimize The First Berserker: Khazan game for the Odyssey 3D gaming monitor. Graphic elements, including character composition, backgrounds and cinematic scenes, are specifically optimized for the new monitor using Samsung technology.
Last year, Samsung revealed its first 3D gaming monitor, the Odyssey 3D. This year, during CES, the company displayed the almost finished product and even announced the first game optimized for Odyssey 3D, bringing immersive visuals.
The three companies are working together to ensure the game offers the best visuals possible. The First Berserker: Khazan is a role-playing game set in Nexon’s flagship game franchise, Dungeon & Fighting Universe. The global launch is scheduled for March 28th.

Odyssey 3D
The Odyssey 3D is a 27-inch gaming monitor with 4K resolution. It has a Neo QLED (Mini LED) screen with a variable refresh rate of 165Hz. It is compatible with AMD FreeSync Premium Pro and Nvidia G-Syncand has several ports and a stand with pivot and tilt adjustments.
Additionally, it comes with two cameras that track the user’s eyes and adjust the frames for a three-dimensional visual experience, functioning without the need to wear glasses. Alone, it can convert 2D content to 3D, but content optimized for 3D visuals offers more satisfactory performance.
As per Samsung, the Odyssey 3D gaming monitor will be released in April 2025 in some countries. The price has not yet been revealed.
Competition
Other companies also announced new gaming monitors with Samsung technologies. Following the reveal during CES 2025 of the company’s new QD-OLED panels, ASUS, Alienware, Gigabyte and MSI have announced their new displays that will use QD-OLED panels from Samsung Displays.
The key difference is that Samsung’s Odyssey 3D monitor brings three-dimensional visualswhich is not offered, at least for now, by the competition. Even with a different cost, it is clear that the company has some margin of leadership.
