Smell of gpu? Perfume Zotac F5 becomes a reality

Zotac is testing a new niche of product that will surely take many users by surprise. The famous GPUS and Mini PCs manufacturer revealed a perfume. And it is not an flavoring for your PC, but a colony even for the body, called F5.

Obviously, the name is not just a coincidence with the famous keyboard update key. Logic starts from English, where the key is called “Refresh”. A more literal translation would be to refresh, so the idea is that the fragrance is refreshing.

Unfortunately you can not know on the internet that smell has the perfume of Zotac. But we can speculate that it is not “smell of new GPU”. It is very likely that the F5 brings citrus, mint and white musk notes. At least that was the promise when the perfume was just a joke.

Another April First Play that becomes a reality

This is not the first time and it will probably not be the last one we see an April first game became a real product. The F5 was part of a line of fake perfumes that Zotac released as its “prank” a few months ago.

The F5 was part of a collection, with Ctrl+Alt+Scent, the critical hit and GG. The game’s page is still standing on the company’s official website, so you can see what the aromas of each fragrance would be, if they existed.

It is difficult to know how Zotac has chosen F5 to come true, but it may be more attractive to user or decision makers in the company.

Zotac F5 is being distributed in China

The test phase of the new Zotac perfume is currently restricted to its homeland in China. The perfume is being distributed to eligible candidates through a partnership with the Chinese store HKEPC.

Here in Brazil, unfortunately, it is not possible to even check the store post on Facebook talking about the new action with the fragrance.
