It’s hard to remember, but Cooler Master has a custom RTX 5080 that the company has even shown at CES 2025. However, now the design of this sign will be more marked in our memories, with good quality images showing the huge GPU and its modular fans.
The Cooler Master RTX 5080 has a profile that occupies four slots, so it won’t fit any machine. In addition, it is slightly longer than Asus Rog Astral RTX 5080, another model that is not famous for a compact design.
The images were provided by a user who signs only as 51972 on the Chinese social network Bilibili. The most interesting part of the disclosure is that it shows the plate with different fans, because it has a modular construction that facilitates the replacement of fans.
“I thought she supported only Fans 12025 (Slim). When I dismantled, I found that Cooler Master engineers reserved bolt holes at different times,” 51792 explained in his post. “I tried and found that the Phanteks T30 could even be installed, but the thickness of the whole plate reached scary 9cm. Absurd.”
Cooler Master has no plans to sell his RTX 5080 single
Unfortunately for those who enjoyed the Cooler Master RTX 5080, access to the model is still somewhat restricted. In addition to the GPU being available only in China, the company only offers the plate as part of complete systems. That is, interested in Brazil would have to buy a complete PC with the board via import, which should result in considerable taxes.
