After Sony’s announcement of the PS5 Pro and its highly criticized price tag of $700 in the United States, Sony has finally confirmed the price of the new console here in Brazil. And it’s as steep as expected.
The company revealed that the PS5 Pro will cost a whopping R$6,999 in Brazil. The price was discovered due to the start of pre-sales of the console on the brand’s official online store, which takes place through partner stores such as Amazon, Kabum, Magazine Luiza and Web Fones.

New console will arrive in Brazil in November
Yes, anyone thinking about buying the new PS5 Pro can now sign up for pre-sale to secure theirs, but remember that it will only start being delivered from November 7, 2024. The information was also confirmed on the e-commerce pages.

The amount of R$6,999 can be paid on the card and divided into up to 10 interest-free installments. For those who want to guarantee a discount, the payment will have to be made in cash, via PIX, to get a 7% discount on the amount, reaching R$6,509.

Advantages of PS5 Pro
The PS5 Pro was announced in September and promises to be a more enhanced version of the standard PS5, mainly due to new technologies. The idea is that players can run their games freely without having to choose between performance and graphics, but rather ensuring the best of both worlds.
