NVIDIA GEFORCE 572.16 driver brings support for RTX 5080 and RTX 5090

With the release of its new RTX 5080 and RTX 5090 GPUs, NVIDIA has also provided its latest driver, supported by newcomer models. NVIDIA GEFORCE 572.16 is now available for download from Windows 10 and Windows 11 of 64-bits.

Among the added support news, Nvidia lists only video cards. Interestingly, the company also takes the opportunity to say that the RTX 5080 and 5090 with the new driver offer “the best gaming experience for the latest games with DLSS 4” support. This includes some previously listed titles, such as Cyberpunk 2077 and Spider-Man 2, which arrives today (30) to the PC.

But it is not just the support between the improvements of NVIDIA’s new 572.16 Driver. He also corrects some bugs:

• Some monitors compatible with G-Sync may have flickerying when the game of the game drops down 60fps
• Indiana Jones and the Great Circle may have small stutters when V-Sync is dasabilitated
• Improved stability for Ubisoft games using Engine snowdrop

Nvidia also takes advantage of its new drivers to promote GeForce Experience – which was actually replaced by the Nvidia App. Thus, when downloading a new version of the company’s drivers, the user is also proposed to install the application also of managing their GPUs.
