Nvidia has not established an embargo for RTX 5060, which means that specialized channels could theoretically publish their reviews to the plate as soon as they got one. However, the company is accused of preventing these contents otherwise: not offering the necessary drivers for proper GPUS testing.
Hardware content and creators with early access to non -commercially available plates usually also receive drivers so that their tests can reflect the planned use for these components. In the case of RTX 5060, both the Unboxed and Igor’s Lab hardware claim to have units of the plate, but cannot do the reviews for the lack of drivers.
“I won’t be able to publish a GeForce RTX 5060 review here at the official launch,” says Igor Wallossek of Igor’s Lab. “Not because the copy is missing – it’s already at the table – but because Nvidia has decided not to offer any press to the press until the launch.”

Unboxed hardware people say they have “several copies” from RTX 5060 and emphasizes that it won’t be able to review until the launch either. However, they go further and accuse Nvidia of trying to “bury” the analyzes for the model.
Computex should delay further reviews for RTX 5060
Both Igor’s Lab and Unboxed hardware emphasizes the moment when the 5060 will be released to question Nvidia’s behavior more. As has already been confirmed, the new entrance signs of the RTX 50 family arrive on May 19, early in Computex 2025.

The Taipei Technology Fair in Taiwan is one of the largest in the world, and many of the great hardware channels will be there. So even if Nvidia releases the drivers for RTX 5060, most professionals will be prevented from taking the tests and complete their reviews for the model up to several days after its launch, probably weeks.

The Uboxed hardware, which criticizes Nvidia’s posture with its 8GB plates in the RTX 50 series, accuses the company of deliberately trying to disturb the release of RTX 5060 reviews.
