Noctua has made all the necessary diagrams available on the internet for free download so you can reproduce the fan grille design used in the font made in partnership with Seasonic at home.
For those who don’t remember, Seasonic released a new version of its premium Prime TX-1600 power supply using a Noctua cooling system, which improved heat dissipation performance while reducing PSU noise. Noctua claims that its new fan grille design alone was responsible for reducing the noise level by 2dBA compared to the original source model.
Therefore, the company decided to release the schematics to anyone who wants to reproduce the grid. As long as it is done on a non-profit basis, anyone can remake the grid on a 3D printer or use laser cutting to remake its structure on a plastic plate. Enthusiasts can also make modifications to the project and publish their own versions, as long as they cite Noctua as the original author and, again, do so without monetary purposes.
The grill is officially named High-efficiency Noctua 120mm Fan Grill in its download repository. Therefore, it is already indicated that this is a structure for 120mm fans. Anyone interested can download the schematic documents for free from this link.
Noctua visibly seeks to draw attention to the grille design it created to incorporate one of its fans into the Seasonic Prime TX-1600. It is in the companies’ interest to highlight how this is a truly high-end product, since it costs US$569. At the current price, it is almost R$3,400.

Obviously, however, the difference that Noctua brought to the fountain is not just in the grille. The company also incorporates one of its fans into the product, the NF-A12x25.
