
MSI presented news for its line of video cards during Computex. During the event, The company is showing its retro line of video signs, which brings back sign designs at least 10 to 15 years ago.
Among the models are the new GeForce RTX 5060 Ti 16 GB Twin Frozr 2025 OCwhich presents a cooler that visually resembles the Twin Frozr II of 2012, and the RTX 5060 Cyclone.
Of the two, the RTX 5060 Cyclone is the most retro model. The plate comes with aluminum bagel format cooling solution. A cooler design used by MSI in the 2000s, that is, almost 20 years ago.

Twin Frozr


Twin Frozr has gained popularity during GTX 400 and 500 series, with the series now returning with a design that pays tribute to the original. Although, The plate also incorporates updates to modern GPU requirements.
This is not a mere rebirth 16 to 20 years ago. The latest Twin Frozr model appeared in the GTX 600 series. At the time, the cooling system was no longer able to deal with the thermal demands of the GPUS.
That’s why, The new Twin Frozr features a hybrid design of copper and aluminum fins. The MSI states that an approach without welding holes was used to simplify the structure and improve thermal efficiency.
The model includes 7 -black Stormforce fans, a nickelled copper base plate and a fully metallic rear plate. That is, it is a solid block of premium materials.
Model Cyclone


The Cyclone cooler was discontinued in 2011 with the GTX 550 Ti and is less recognizable today, reappearing on a RTX 5060 Ti model called Cyclon Visual OC. The plate uses a single large fan in the center and a round OLED screen that reproduces MSI’s Dragon Lucky animation.
MSI even customized the PCB layout specifically for this board. That is, the company is seriously taking its launch in the market. Although, There is no confirmed date or price information yet.
Other models

The company also introduced GeForce RTX 5090 and RTX 5080 Supprim Titanium. This second plate is a possible MSI response to Asus Rog Astral Dhahab Edition, but with greater availability in the market.
The Supprim Titanium model features a cooler of the two -tones of gold and titanium around. The upper part of the fans, in particular, has a matte textured finish that looks like a jewel.


Another model presented was the RTX 5080 Expert, a plate aimed at both creators and gamers and features a cooler design similar to NVIDIA’s FLOW-THROUGH FE Double Axial Axial.
Unlike the Video Expert cards of the RTX 40 series, MSI claims to have worked extensively to improve cooling performance and noise levels of its RTX 50 expert plates.
