MSI prepares “mini” RTX 5060 with less than 15cm and only one fan

MSI is ready to launch its RTX 5060 Inspire ITX, compact version of the RTX 50 input GPU. The model features 8GB in a 145 x 120 x 45mm housing, weighing 581g, resulting in a really compact product in a large plates generation.

Despite the small size, MSI still offers a slight Overclock for the RTX 5060 inspire ITX. The Boost Clock leaving the box is the same as 2,497MHz of the reference model, but it is possible to use the MSI CENTER APP to carry the GPU up to 2,512MHz. The company calls this extreme performance mode.

MSI promises advanced cooling for “mini” RTX 5060

A common concern with small -size hardware is always on product cooling capacity to prevent wear or even failure to use by overheating. This is why the MSI highlights the heat dissipation system in its RTX 5060 inspire itx.

The plate comes equipped with only one fan, in large size. It is a Stormforce, who uses seven blades-style blades in a bow, promising maximize the air flow without much noise.

Inside, we have a copper sinker wrapped in a circular -shaped aluminum heatsink.

Reinforced backplate and only one connector

Another highlight of MSI for its little RTX 5060 is in the backplate, which the company calls “reinforced”, but does not explain the reasons.

Right at the top of the plate we can see the only 8 -pin connector for power. Inspire ITX has a 145W TGP, and the manufacturer recommends a 550W source, something that can be considered below average for current standards.
