Motorola launched the Edge 60 Neo smartphone in Brazil this Friday (10/17), with suggested prices of R$3,499 and R$3,999, in versions with 256 GB and 512 GB of storage, respectively. Sales will be exclusive on the manufacturer’s website and Mercado Livre.
This is the fourth model in the family, which already has the Edge 60 Pro, Edge 60 and Edge 60 Fusion, all launched in the first half of 2025. The arrival of the Edge 60 Neo was imminent — on Monday (13/10), the Technoblog announced the approval of the device with Anatel, a necessary step for the start of sales here.
What are the differences between the Edge 60 Neo and other devices in the line?
The Neo is positioned between the Edge 60 and the Edge 60 Fusion, which arrived in Brazil costing R$3,999 and R$2,999, respectively. To differentiate itself from the cheapest model, the Neo features a telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom, a feature previously restricted to more expensive models.
Compared to other smartphones in the line, the Neo has a slightly more compact design. The screen is 6.4 inches, compared to 6.7 inches for its “brothers”. The body is about 7 mm smaller in height and 2 mm smaller in width. Another advantage is wireless charging — in addition to this, only the Pro model supports wireless charging.
What are the highlights of the Edge 60 Neo?

Motorola highlights the device’s resistance, with water and dust protection to IP68 and IP69 standards, which mean resistance against high-pressure water jets and immersion of up to 1.5 m. Additionally, it meets the requirements for MIL-STD-810H military certification, which involves testing under extreme conditions. The screen glass is Gorilla Glass 7i.
Another point highlighted is the camera with a 50-megapixel Sony Lytia 700C sensor, also present in other models in the line. The 1.5K screen, with a resolution of 1200 × 2670 pixels, is Pantone validated for color fidelity.

In terms of internal components, the highlight is the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 processor. Another advantage of the device is support for charging up to 68 W — Motorola promises that seven minutes spent plugged in will provide enough energy for a whole day.
In software, the Edge 60 Neo comes with Android 15 and promises to be updated up to Android 19, in addition to five years and nine months of security updates.
The device also features Moto AI, the company’s set of artificial intelligence tools, such as image creation, quick responses, annotations and notification summaries. It is also possible to change the device’s default agent to options such as Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini and Perplexity.
