Minisforum has revealed the production of the EliteMini AI370, its latest mini PC with AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 APU – which offers 12 CPU cores and 16 GPU cores, based on the Zen5 and RDNA 3.5 architecture, respectively.

The focus is to use the equipment for artificial intelligence, with an NPU capacity of 50 TOPS and being able to reach up to 80 TOPS for the complete chip.

Minisforum hasn’t released much information about its EliteMini AI370, but you can get a general idea from the silhouette revealed by the manufacturer. It will follow the square models with its curved ends, in addition to cooling on the side to expel hot air out of the device.

Manufacturers such as Beelink and AOOSTAR already work with AMD Ryzen AI 300 APU and some models from these manufacturers even have a button dedicated to Copilot – which may or may not be followed by Minisforum, although it is likely due to its bias towards AIs.

Even without any specs or details revealed, the EliteMini AI370 is already attracting attention due to its predecessor. Minisforum’s last EliteMini model had 70W of cooling and was released with OcuLink support and had many IO options – something that may also be seen in the new version with the AMD Ryzen AI 300 APU.

Minisforum’s focus on mini PCs

It is also worth mentioning that Minisforum has not released any information about the availability of the EliteMini AI370 or its suggested price on the market – with more official details possibly emerging in the coming days or weeks.

The initiative is part of the manufacturer’s focus, which is already well-established in the mini PC industry. It has several models available, with the latest ones hitting the market with Intel Meteor Lake and AMD Hawk Point processors – following the major launches in its product line.

In addition to the AMD Ryzen AI 300 APU, they are also expected to bring options with Intel’s next launch – the Core Ultra 200V “Lunar Lake”. However, nothing has been officially revealed and more details should come as the projects progress.
