Minisforum announced this week two new options for very affordable mini PCs. The Un100P and the Un150p are so small that they can be hung on the monitor, through VESA drilling, and costs at $ 179 on the brand’s official website.
As the names indicate, the new minisforum mini PCs use the processors of the very low TDP Intel N series. The Un100P comes equipped with a N100, with 3.4GHz of clock, while the Un150p uses the Intel N150 with 3.6GHz. The two versions of the processors have four nuclei, running at only 6W.
As they are products aimed at a basic daily use focused on affordable price, the Un100P and Un150p do not deliver exactly a performance gamer. The charts are the integrated GPU of processors, an IRIS XE of 24 EUS in both cases.
The new portable PCs from Minisforum measure 12.7 x 11.2 x 3.9cm. In terms of connectivity, the two variants offer two HDMI ports, Ethernet connection, microSD card slot and four USB-A ports, accompanied by a single USB-C. Wireless connectivity is the Bluetooth 5.3 and Wi-Fi 6.
It is worth mentioning that they have slot M.2 2280 and a 2.5 ”bay for SSD or HDD.

Certainly the main point of sale of the mini PCs is its price. At the moment, the official minisforum website has only one setting for each model.
The Un100P with Intel N100 is available in black, with 16GB RAM and 256GB of SSD. It comes out for $ 179 ($ 1,055), appearing at a discount compared to the standard price of $ 219.
