This week Maxsun presented its new line of motherboards with Z890 chipset, for Intel Core Ultra 200 processors. We have a total of 12 models, with different looks and features. The manufacturer particularly highlights the iCraft line, which includes a small 3.4” display to show real-time system status or customized content.
Maxsun’s iCraft line has four board models:
- MS-iCraft Z890 Pacific
- MS-iCraft Z890 Vertex
- MS-iCraft Z890 Arctic
- MS-iCraft Z890 Z890ITX WIFI
As you would expect, Maxsun’s new line of boards not only features iCraft models, but also other more affordable options. This includes the Terminator, Challenger and eSport lines:
- MS-Terminator Z890-A
- MS-Terminator Z890-A WIFI
- MS-Terminator Z890M WIFI
- MS-Terminator Z890M WIFI GKD5
- MS-eSport Z890M WIFI
- MS-eSport Z890M WIFI ICE
- MS-Challenger Z890M WIFI
- MS-Challenger Z890M WIFI ICE
The iCraft line cards feature heatsink coverage for all M.2 SSD slots, while the Terminator models offer the feature only for the slot with the PCIe 5.0 interface. Unfortunately, the brand has not yet offered details about the eSport and Challenger models.
Maxsun introduces new “PC to Mobile” interface for BIOS on Z890 boards
Taking advantage of the arrival of its new line of motherboards, Maxsun also announced a redesigned interface for the BIOS of its products. This new version uses a “PC to Mobile” (PTM) design that, according to the company, adopts mobile device usage habits for the BIOS menu.
The manufacturer believes this makes the user experience cleaner and more direct, with “card”-based information units to configure your card.

Maxsun informs that it will hold an official launch event for its new cards on October 26th. We will probably have to wait until that date to check the prices of each model.
