On the Korean side LG confirmed this Thursday (19) the launch of the monitor 45GS95QE-B, option that is part of the line Ultra Gear. Equipped with a 45-inch OLED panel, the new option has an 800R curvature and WQHD resolution (3440 x 1440).
The monitor has a 240Hz refresh rate, supported by both DisplayPort and HDMI, and a 0.03ms response time (GtG). The company also cites compatibility with NVIDIA G-SYNC and AMD FreeSync Premium Pro technologies.
The new Ultra Gear also offers additional features such as Dynamic Action Sync, which reduces input lag, Black Stabilizer, which improves visibility in dark areas, Crosshair, which makes aiming easier in shooting games, and the FPS counter, which monitors the frame rate of the game being played. The headphone output is compatible with DTS Headphone technology, for 3D audio simulation.
To protect users’ visual health, LG has incorporated Live Color Low Blue Light technology, which reduces blue light emission, minimizing eye fatigue without sacrificing color quality. “In addition, the OLED Care function plays a key role in maintaining the integrity of the screen, preventing burn-in and extending the lifespan of the monitor, even under intense use,” the company highlights in a statement.
For content creators, PBP & PIP (Picture-by-Picture and Picture in Picture) functionality allows up to two video sources to be displayed simultaneously, making it easy to multitask like streaming and editing videos at the same time.
