A new leak for the New Lake Intel Processor series reveals how the nuclei count and configuration to line notebook CPUs can be. The information is not official, so it must be treated with a certain skepticism, like every rumor.
The post comes from Jaykihn (@jaykihn0), which has a great history of privileged information from the hardware world. Responding to a February date, where he talked about the settings for Panther Lake and Wildcat Lake, the insider now reveals the details for the Nova Lake Mobile line:
As we can see in the above capture, Intel may offer 5 SKUS for notebooks at the premiere of its “postpanther lake” line processor line. Explaining in a more detailed way, Jaykihn’s post claims that the options will be:
New Lake-U Models:
- 6 Nuclei: 2 Performance + 4 Low Power + 2 XE3 Centers (GPU)
- 8 Nuclei: 4 Performance + 4 Low Power + 4 XE3 Centers (GPU)
New Lake-H Models:
- 16 Nuclei: 4 Performance + 8 Efficiency + 4 Low Power + 4 XE3 Centers (GPU)
- 16 Nuclei: 4 Performance + 8 Efficiency + 4 Low Power + 12 XE3 Centers (GPU)
New Lake-HX Model:
- 28 Nuclei: 8 Performance + 16 Efficiency + 4 Low Power + 4 XE3 Centers (GPU)
“Ax” model does not appear in the new leakage of Nova Lake
Intel fans hoping to see a processor in the lines of AMD’s Strix Halo line, they may be disappointed with the leakage of the time. Jaykihn seems to list all the Skus that will be available on the arrival of the new generation Intel to notebooks, and the supposed “Ax” model does not appear.
In July we had information that Intel would be working on a new Lake-AX, with an impressive count of 48 XE3 centers. This would be visibly a response to Strix Halo, which also have a large integrated GPU.

However, at the time even the information came with the possibility that Intel would have given up from the model. It does not appear listed now that we have such complete new information about the line can be considered another indicative that this option really does not arrive anytime soon.
