Kingston’s revenue in Brazil grows 16% in the SSD market

Kingston Technology, one of the largest memory and storage companies in the world, saw a 16% increase in revenue in the SSD market in Brazil in 2024. Furthermore, the company revealed that the country is responsible for 35% of Kingston’s business in Latin America.

However, the numbers are not that different compared to the global figure. This is because the company also leads the SSD and DRAM memory markets, with a 34% and 50% share, respectively.

Kingston’s growth in Brazil was driven by new products. Among the launches are the red XS1000 external SSD, used to store data quickly, and the Kingston FURY Renegade DDR5 memory, ideal for more powerful computers. These products serve both ordinary consumers and companies.

Furthermore, during this year, Kingston also brought the NV2 and NV3 SSDs to Brazil. These models are faster and meet different storage needs, such as use on home computers and companies that need quick solutions.

Furthermore, Kingstom also appeared as a prominent company when it comes to investing in the electronic sports sector. This is because it sponsored a series of tournaments, in addition to professional teams and players. Thus, helping to get closer to the public.

The company invested in e-commerce, distribution and technologies such as cloud computing and artificial intelligence to prepare for the future. Therefore, the expectation is that investments will continue to be prioritized for this sector from next year onwards.
