A MXC Builds, specialized in designing setups that use wooden cabinets, came across a lamp designed by a Swedish company and decided to use the design as inspiration for her latest project. A PC that has a structure as a cabinet that resembles a lamp.

In the video below you can see the entire process for building the case. According to the person responsible for the project, plywood, walnut block, adhesive tape, X2 laser, 3D printer, soldering iron, CNC machine, sandpaper, among other things, were used.

The machine configuration is as follows:

  • Motherboard: ASUS Strix B650E-I Gaming;
  • Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 7700;
  • Video card: ASUS ProART 4070 Ti;
  • RAM Memory: 32 GB DDR5 Corsair Vengeance;
  • Storage: 2TB SD P5

The author of the project also released some numbers regarding temperature, both in a test scenario with synthetic benchmark tools and in games. The result was as follows:
