O iPhone was the big winner of the searches in Black Friday e Cyber Monday 2024dominating the purchasing intentions of Brazilians on online platforms Google. According to the report, the iPhone 13 was the most desired product by consumers during Cyber Monday, followed by the iPhone 15 in second place and the iPhone 16 in third place. These results reinforce the popularity of Apple smartphones, which stood out ahead of other product categories, such as furniture and footwear. Apple’s smartphone also appears as the best-selling product on OLX in 2024.
The list of the top 10 searches on Cyber Monday also included products such as air fryer, which was in fourth position, and creatine, in fifth. Other items such as the iPhone 14, PlayStation 5, fan and refrigerator also appeared among the most searched. In total, five of the 10 most searched products were in the electronics category, with iPhones standing out among them.
PS5 among the most sought after on Black Friday
The previous week, during Black Friday 2024, the iPhone also led the searches carried out on the eve of the date, repeating the podium with the iPhone 13, 15 and 16 in the top three positions. The iPhone 14, in turn, occupied fifth place, while the PS5 was in fourth place. Despite not being among the 10 most searched on Cyber Monday, Samsung performed well on Black Friday, coming in sixth place.
In addition to electronics, other popular items included the Air Fryer (7th), refrigerator (8th), as well as seasonal products such as Stitch (9th) and the Christmas tree (10th), which were present in Black Friday and Cyber Monday searches. .
