Intel releases 101.5768 WHQL driver for Arc GPUs

Intel has released new drivers for Arc GPUs, reaching version 101.5768 WHQL. Among the highlights of the new update is the improvement of gaming experiences such as Yakuza: Like a Dragon, Metro: Last Light Complete Edition and Stormgate.

According to the manufacturer, the user will be able to notice improvements of 91% in Yakuza: Like a Dragon through DirectX11 in 1080p resolution and up to 35% in 1440p within the Ultra configuration.

The Intel 101.5768 WHQL driver also brings 20% and 23% improvements to Metro: Last Light Complete Edition via DirectX 11 – at 1080p resolution on the High setting and at 1440p on the Very High setting, respectively.

In Stormgate, when using an Arc iGPU, you will notice a 12% performance increase at 1080p resolution on Medium settings and with Temporal Super Resolution enabled.

Another highlight of the Intel 101.5768 WHQL driver is the fix for bugs seen in games like Dirt Rally, Sid Meier’s Civilization V, and Capcom’s recent release, Kunitsu-Gami: Path of Goddess (DX12).
