As Intel prepares for the launch of its Arrow Lake-based Core Ultra 200 lineup, we’ve already leaked details for the next generation, Panther Lake. The processor lineup that could one day be called Intel Core Ultra 300 will have up to 16 CPU cores and up to 12 integrated GPU cores, according to the rumor.

The information comes from a Twitter leaker known as Jaykihn (@jaykihn0). As shown in his post below, he revealed not only the configurations of three Panther Lake models, but also their schematic designs. Check it out:

The detailed specifications were supplemented by another insider, according to VideoCardz. In the tweet, we see two models characterized as PTL-H (Panther Lake-H), and he explained that in fact one of them would be the PTL-P.

Putting together all the available information, we have the following unofficial configurations:

  • Panther Lake-U: 4 performance cores (Cougar Cove) + 4 low energy cores (Skymont) + 4 Xe3 graphics cores (Celestial) – 15W
  • Panther Lake-H: 4 performance cores (Cougar Cove) + 8 efficiency cores (Skymont) + 4 low-power cores (Skymont) + 4 Xe3 graphics cores (Celestial) – 25W
  • Panther Lake-P: 4 performance cores (Cougar Cove) + 8 efficiency cores (Skymont) + 4 low-power cores (Skymont) + 12 Xe3 graphics cores (Celestial) – 25W

Panther Lake bets on the new generation Xe3

The leak details processors with integrated graphics from the new generation Xe3, architecture known as Celestial. Thus, what draws the most attention is the PTL-P model, which would arrive with a huge jump in the number of Xe3 cores.

Basically, this processor option would have three times as many graphics cores as the others. Since rumors point to Panther Lake in notebooks, this configuration could be especially interesting for those who intend to play on portable devices.

Speaking of laptops, it’s worth remembering that nowadays notebook processors also appear in handheld consoles for PC games.

Leak components are expected to arrive in late 2025, with greater availability in 2026.
