Intel Core Ultra 300 Panther Lake confirmed for launch at CES 2026 in January

Intel did not “hide” its plans to present its new series of processors at the beginning of next year, but now the company has a formal invitation to its event at CES 2026, confirming that it will talk about the Core Ultra Series 3 CPUs. In other words, we will have the launch of the long-awaited Panther Lake in January.

“Join us in Las Vegas, January 5-9, 2026, for CES and participate in the global launch of Intel Core Ultra Series 3 processors, codenamed Panther Lake,” says the company’s invitation.

The official page provides more details, informing the specific date and time for Intel’s presentation, which will also be broadcast live on the internet. We will be able to see the company talking about the new CPUs on January 5th, starting at 8pm (Brasília time).

Hosting the broadcast is Jim Johnson, senior vice president and general manager of Intel’s client computing group. It aims to present the Intel Core Ultra Series 3 as a suite of solutions for edge computing and, inevitably, AI experiences.

Intel will focus on “AI agents” at CES 2026

After its presentation to talk about Panther Lake on the first day of CES 2026, Intel will dedicate itself to “AI agents” in the remaining days of the fair. On the company’s official website we have presentations planned to talk about scaling the use of AI agents, then to comment on the use of the resource on home PCs and, finally, the company will highlight the implementation of agents in cities, factories, etc.

The theme will apparently be recurring among several participants at next year’s CES, regardless of the interest of potential users.

Meanwhile, on the development side, this week we had a reaffirmation that Panther Lake is improving its performance at a stable pace and should not suffer delays. Interestingly, at this point Intel has already confirmed that it would talk about the processors at CES 2026.
