Intel Core Ultra 200: Arrow Lake CPUs could arrive on October 10

Intel is rumored to officially launch its Arrow Lake processors on October 10. The company will unveil the first products in its Core Ultra 200 line of desktop CPUs.

The information comes from the Benchlife website, via WCCFTech. Unfortunately, the source of the rumors does not mention in detail whether the arrival of the Arrow Lake processors refers to an official announcement event or an actual debut on store shelves.

However, taking into account Intel’s history, we can speculate that we will probably have an announcement event on October 10th to raise the hype, leaving the CPUs to be brought to stores a few weeks later.

It’s no surprise that Intel is holding off on launching the Arrow Lake generation this year, even after canceling its Innovation 2024 event. It will be interesting, then, to see what the company’s alternative will be to create a ceremony around the arrival of the Core Ultra 200.

With the issues plaguing the 13th and 14th Gen Raptor Lake CPUs, it’s easy to imagine that Intel executives are eager to launch a new line of processors. Plus, a positive impact on the company’s stock price from a successful debut would also be a big help at this point.

Intel Arrow Lake arrives in new socket and new chipset

The next generation of Intel processors should bring several new features, according to rumors. Thus, the first components to appear should be the Core Ultra 9 285K, the Core Ultra 7 265K and the Core Ultra 5 245K. But these should only be the debut CPUs, which will soon be joined by many other variants, for a total of 19 SKUs.
