New leaks from the Bartlett Lake line of Intel processors not only reveal details about the models, but also indicate that their launch is close. One of the main highlights is the listing of three SKUs in the Mouser Electronics store, all from the Core 9 family, supposedly using 12 performance cores, and none for efficiency.

The focus on Bartlett Lake processors is precisely on offering models completely focused on performance cores, also known as P-Cores. The store shows the following processors with 12 P-Cores:

  • Intel Core 9 273PTE: up to 5.5GHz
  • Intel Core 9 273PE: até 5,7GHz
  • Intel Core 9 273PQE: up to 5.9GHz

All components have 36MB of cache, so they differ mainly due to the boost clock. The appearance in the store seems to be a strong indication that we are close to the launch of the new models.

Leaks also reveal new 10 P-Cores Bartlett Lake

The Bartlett Lake line will also feature Core 7 models based on just P-Cores, but with two of them disabled, for a total of 10 cores. This week we had the leak of another SKU like this, the supposed Core 7 253PE, with a boost clock of up to 5.5GHz.

The information comes from well-known insider x86deadandback, who shares results in Passmark’s synthetic test for the processor. We can see that the new Core 7 253PE scores 31,802 points, considerably more than the Core i5-14400 and the 14500 in multithread. In single-core, however, the new processor lags behind.

Bartlett Lake models use Raptor Lake cores

The Bartlett Lake line uses the same performance and efficiency cores as the 13th and 14th generation Raptor Lake processors, but features processors aimed at integrated systems, generally used in the professional and industrial segments.

The processors, however, are compatible with the LGA1700 socket, so CPUs based only on P cores have attracted attention because their potential can be used in home applications as well, such as games mainly.

The launch seems close, so it shouldn’t be long before third-party tests begin to appear with the new processors in uses not necessarily promoted by Intel.
