A new benchmark of the future CPUs Ryzen Threadripper 9000 “Shimada Peak” from AMD has just been released. Most surprisingly, it comes with an even larger score than the first independent benchmarks, showing incredible overclock potential.

The chip consumed 947 W of energy and, under default refrigeration, reached a maximum temperature of 98 ° C. The system used for tests included an ASUS Pro WS RTX50-Sage WiFi (BIOS 1106) motherboard with 144 GB of DDR5-6000 (Cl32) memory.
