Intel has launched a power management update that improves game performance for Intel Core Ultra 200v Lunar Lake Systems with Integrated GPUs Intel Arc ARC and 130V GPUS. The update is part of continuous platform optimizations and is provided through the graphic driver.
The performance benefits that the delivery update are observed mainly at the standard standard consumption of 17W or below.
The update was tested in 9 games on MSI Claw 8 Ai+ in the 17W manual profile. Tests have shown that players can expect an average higher GPU frequency and a rhythm of improved frames.

Gains in the tests
In comparison, Intel used its latest “6734” driver and compared it with the “6732” driver. The results for the games were an increase in performance (average FPS) of:
- Black Myth Wukong: +13,8%
- Good of War Ragnarök: +6.9%
- Hogwarts Legacy: +6,8%
- Cyberpunk 2077: +6,1%
- Marvel’s Spider-Man: +6,9%
- PayDay 3: +12,6%
- DOTA 2: +16,0%
- Counter-Strike 2: +8,0%
- Fortnite S34: +17.9%
The new update of the Intel Arc graphic driver will not be restricted to msi claw 8 ai+ and Claw 7 ai only laptops. It will also be launched on all platforms that run the Integrated Intel Arc 140V and 130V Integrated GPUS series.
New drivers can be downloaded directly from the Intel website.
XE2 Architecture
Intel’s Lunar Lake “Core Ultra 200v” CPUs were released last year. At the time, They received positive evaluations based on their efficiency numbers and excellent graphic performance.
