Tracking purchases on Mercado Livre is an easy and quick way to monitor the status of your delivery, both to prepare you for the arrival of the item and to ensure greater security. Mercado Livre offers an integrated tracking system that allows you to check the progress of your order directly through the app on your cell phone or through the website on your computer.

How to track purchases at Mercado Livre on your cell phone

1. Open the Mercado Livre app: Make sure the app is updated. Open the app on your Android or iOS device.
2. Access your account: If you are not already logged in, enter your email and password to access your account.
3. Go to the “My Purchases” section: In the bottom menu, click on the “My Purchases” option. There, you will find a list of all your recent orders. If this menu does not appear in your version of the application, you can click on the Menu icon in the top left corner (3 horizontal lines) and enter the “My Purchases” section there, as shown in the image above.
4. Select the order you want to track: Tap on the item you want to track. The order details page will open.
5. Check delivery status: Scroll down until you find the “Shipping Details” option. By clicking, you will have access to the complete status of the order, from dispatch to expected delivery.
