In the case of the H3C model, the specifications indicate 20 ARM cores in a 10 Cortex-X925 cores and 10 Cortex-A725 cores. The GPU is based on the Blackwell architecture with 6144 CUDA cores and has 128 GB of unified LPDDR5x memory.

The platform comes with up to 4TB of NVMe storage and features a maximum TDP of around 100W (full load). The system runs NVIDIA DGX OS, which comes pre-installed, and NVIDIA recently released a new OTA update, offering optimizations and bug fixes.

As for performance, the H3C MegaCube can perform models with up to 200 billion parameters in a single unit. It can also be stacked into up to 4 solutions, supporting Qwen3-coder 480B (INT4), Llama 3.1 405B (FP8) and Qwen3 235B (FP8).

Processor 10× Cortex-X925 + 10× Cortex-A725
Memory/Video 128GB LPDDR5x unified memory
Storage NVMe M.2 with auto-encoding (1TB/2TB/4TB)
AI Model Support Supports local execution of models up to 200B;
Multinode expansion to even larger models
Energy Consumption in the range of hundreds of watts (at full load)
Development Environment Pre-installed with DGX OS and drivers;
full development tool ecosystem support

Availability

H3C introduced the MegaCube during an exhibition in China, where four units were running simultaneously. And it is being sold for 36,999 RMB on JD.com, which is equivalent to more than R$28,000.

This makes the extremely premium product in terms of positioning.

With the boom in AI, companies seem to believe that many customers are willing to pay a high price to obtain this system. However, with memory prices rising, you can expect further increases in retail prices for GB10-based systems as they utilize 128GB of LPDDR5x memory.

Obviously, the final price is unlikely to be close to the converted value. Lenovo’s ThinkStation PGX, for example, costs R$29,749.99. And this suggests that the final price for Brazilians of the H3C MegaCube will be very high.
