AMD will launch new generation of chips with 3D V-Cache
AMD is preparing to launch Ryzen 9000 options with 3D V-Cache. According to rumors, the first model mentioned is the Ryzen 7 9800X3D. The expectation is that this new chip will have a higher clock rate compared to the AMD Ryzen 7 78000X3D.
Gaming performance also promises to be much higher, thanks to changes in the capacity and layout of the 3D V-Cache cache, possibly the use of this type of memory in the processor’s two CCDs (Chiplets). The official announcement should take place one day after the Core Ultra 200K hits the market.
