Gigabyte took advantage of its presence at Computex 2024 to present its new Intel Z890 motherboards, all compatible with the LGA-1851 socket. They were produced to accompany the arrival of Arrow Lake CPUs – which should hit the market in the last quarter of the year.

The top of the line model is the Z890 AORUS Tachyon ICE motherboard, which will hit the market with a dual DDR5 DIMM design and a removable faceplate – revealing the AORUS line mascot underneath. The CPU socket is inverted 90 degrees and there are switches, buttons and voltage readout available to assist overclockers.
