Gigabyte launches 850W and 1000W AORUS Elite power supplies

Gigabyte is announcing the launch of its new AORUS Elite line power supplies, with four models – depending on their capacity and color. They are separated into white and black colors and with 850W and 1000W.

According to the manufacturer, all of them are 80 PLUS Platinum certified and are fully compatible with ATX 3.0 and PCIe Gen 5.0 standards. They are also accompanied by a 120mm fan with Fluid Dynamic Bearing (FDB).

In addition, Gigabyte also highlights the compactness of its technologies. All models are 140mm – ensuring they are compatible even in smaller cases or those that do not have a large space layout.

The fan with FDB technology is also one of the highlights of this hardware, ensuring that its speed adjusts according to energy consumption and even stops completely when your system is at rest or performing low-load tasks.

According to the information presented by Gigabyte, its AORUS Elite sources feature 100% Japanese capacitors – guaranteeing higher efficiency than others, as well as greater stability and useful life.

The manufacturer claims that they provide greater performance under heavier workloads and at higher temperatures, making your operations more stable.

Gigabyte’s AORUS Elite power supplies also feature a wide range of circuit protections, namely: OCP, OTP, OVP, OPP, UVP and SCP – ensuring that the other components of your computer do not suffer potential damage.
