Gigabyte announced its new full PC this week, AI Top 500 TRX50. It is a high performance system focused on use as workstation. Thus, in addition to being equipped with a Ryzen Threadripper Pro 7965wx, the PC follows impressive 768GB of RAM.
As the specifications indicate, we can see that Gigabyte did not put “Ai” in the name of the PC just by ornament. AI Top 500 TRX50 comes with a RTX 5090, with 32GB of Vram memory and promising a total of 3,352 tops in performance for artificial intelligence. RAM is a total of 8 96GB DDR5 modules of unclogged speed.
The system is driven by the ThreadRipper Pro 7965wx, with 24 centers, 48 threads and support to various PCIE lanes. It runs at 5.3GHz and is cooled by an Aio Aorus 360 cooler. The motherboard is obviously a TRX50 ai top.
With such advanced specifications, the company seems to seek to offer users the ability to run local models to go with its new PC. Feeding these high performance components, Gigabyte’s new Workstation PC features a 80 Plus Platinum certificate source.
Ai Top 500 TRX50 brings SSD specialized to IA
The storage part on Gigabyte’s new PC also draws attention. It features a 2TB SSD Aorus Gen4 7300 for general use, accompanied by a 320GB Top 100e AI, focused especially on AI processing.
What this means is that the drive is designed for greater durability, important for intense workloads with the new technology. The product is not especially fast, but it offers a 28,000 TBW, 80 times higher than a standard SSDs, according to Gigabyte.

It is worth mentioning that the cabinet that appears in the images for the AI Top 500 TRX50 is exclusive to this full PC model of the company. Gigabyte has not yet reported the price of its new workstation, but we can expect something very restrictive with the components it follows.
