Geometric Future launches Model 5 case with two versions: Vent and Glass

Geometric Future presented its new Model 5 line of cases this week. There are two different versions, one with three color options and the other with four, for a total of seven SKUs. The manufacturer promises “high compatibility” as an attraction of the new products.

Geometric Future’s new line of cases is divided into Model 5 Vent and Model 5 Glass. The difference between the versions is in the front panel – as the names indicate, the Vent models have a sieve panel that allows air to pass through, while the Glass has a tempered glass panel.

It is interesting to highlight that the Model 5 Vent takes advantage of the front air passage to offer an extra structure for fans. Thus, this model supports three other 120mm fans at the front, or two 140mm fans.

The Model 5 Vent was announced in black, white or black with yellow accents, while the Model 5 Glass is available in black with gray, yellow or green accents, and in white. Otherwise, the cases are similar, offering support for:

• ITX, ATX, M-ATX and E-ATX motherboards
• GPUs up to 430mm (support included to lighten heavy cards)
• CPU cooler up to 180mm high
• Sources up to 160mm

Model 5 Vent and Glass are now available

Geometric Future highlights that its solution of bringing the source to the front of the cabinet is what allows for wide compatibility, without being so large. The new Model 5 measures 505 x 242 x 440mm. It is also worth noting that the case holds GPUs vertically, but the riser cable is sold separately.

Both the Vent and Glass versions are now available for the same prices, coming in options with or without pre-installed fans. The Model 5 without accessories costs US$109.90, while the option with five 140mm fans costs US$149.90. The values ​​are equivalent to R$624.75 and R$852.14, respectively.
