GameMax launches P31 cabinet, a basic Mid-Tower with an affordable price

GameMax launched the P31 this week, its latest Mid-Tower cabinet. It is a compact and basic model, aimed at mainstream users who are more interested in saving money than creating complex builds. The case promises optimized air circulation, and already comes with two pre-installed 120mm fans.

The GameMax P31 does away with the glass panel that has become so popular in modern cases. Instead, it offers screened surfaces on all sides, allowing air to pass through in any direction. For active cooling, fans or radiators can be installed at the top, front and back, on one side and at the bottom. The image below shows in detail:

Being a Mid-Tower case, the P31 measures 436.5 x 403 x 204mm. It supports video cards up to 355mm, and the CPU cooler can be up to 168mm tall. Additionally, the case supports mini-ITX, micro-ATX, and ATX boards. We also have a good set of bays, holding up to four SSDs.

Finally, it is worth highlighting the connections that the case offers at the front. The new GameMax case positions its ports at the top, not directly on the front panel, bringing two for USB-A 3.0 and one USB-C Gen2. In addition, we have the traditional P2 jack for headphones, the 3.5mm analog connection.

Color options and price of the new GameMax case

The P31 was announced in black and white colors, with no difference in design other than that. Therefore, both versions come with a discreet strip of ARGB LEDs on the front panel, which can be synchronized with your motherboard’s lighting scheme.

Both versions are already available for sale in the USA, but unfortunately GameMax chose to charge different prices for each one. The P31 in black costs US$72.90, while its white version costs US$76.90. The values ​​can be converted to R$448 and R$472, respectively.
